Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for advanced technology products
Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using Siemens NX
Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter
Support prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation collaborating with different suppliers
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or high-tech industries
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
Willingness to work on-site in the Western Uusimaa region
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland, particularly to supplier and manufacturing sites
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum process, precision equipment, or similar high-technology industries
Familiarity with ASME and related industrial standards
